Environment - Contaminated Sites & Spill Response

The Peschla + Rochmes GmbH has more than 25 years experience in contaminated site investigation and subsequent risk assessment. Next to conventional contaminated site investigations, Peschla + Rochmes conducts also » Due Dilligence Audits (short initial site assessments prior to property purchases).

Every contaminated site investigation starts usually with a historical investigation of the location. The subsequent technical exploration is usually conducted by using small calibre drillings. These drillings are necessary in order to take soil, soil gas and water samples which are tested for contaminants.

The following project management comprises all project phases, including the preliminary draft, the tender process, the construction supervision, the final inspection of the remediation measures as well as the monitoring of the restored site afterwards.

We assist our clients by developing remediation concepts and studies of variants and compile all planning documents required for the official approval. We also advice our clients during the consultation process with authorities, e.g. with approval procedures.

We prepare specifications, organize the tender process and make award proposals. We assist our clients during negotiations with contractors and supervise all construction works.

The construction supervision on site and the site management is carried by experts with many years of experience in order to guarantee an efficient and smooth implementation of the remediation and construction projects.
