Engineering competence – for more than 30 years<\/h6>\n

[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row el_class=”sidebar”][vc_column width=”3\/4″][vc_column_text]The independent engineering company Peschla + Rochmes GmbH has been in existence for more than three decades. Started in 1985 as a small team under the leadership of the geologists Horst Peschla and Michael Rochmes, it has evolved into a flourishing company with about 50 employees. Our experts come from a wide variety of different disciplines: In addition to engineers, we also employ natural scientists and IT specialists.<\/p>\n

We have also grown beyond our headquarters in Kaiserslautern, following several moves. Today we have several branch offices all over Germany, from Homburg in the south to Chemnitz in the east. But we still remain very much attached to our home \u2013 not least because the Western Palatinate region is becoming increasingly important as a technology hub.<\/p>\n

Our work focuses on the service areas Civil Engineering<\/a>, Environment<\/a>, Energy<\/a>, and Compliance<\/a>. We keep up with the times, meaning we provide continuing education and training to our employees in order to enable us to master new challenges and to actively drive forward new developments.<\/p>\n

One example is the increasing relevance of environmental protection and sustainability in construction projects. Thanks to the continually increasing competence of our employees<\/a>, we are able to manage a variety of environmental projects, from planning regenerative energy sources to complying with environmental regulations in companies.<\/p>\n

Despite all the changes, the values of P+R<\/a> have remained the same for us. We always strive to offer our customers not only our services, but also a partnership with real added value. Therefore we practice engagement and commitment both internally and in dealing with our customers.<\/p>\n
